Our services include Internet marketing strategies, wesite design and optimization, search marketing, email marketing, online media advertising, research and analysis.
HeBS is expanding its team of talented professionals by adding a high energy full-time paid Client Billing/AR Intern to support Credit Officer and account managers in servicing client accounts.

As a Full-Time Paid Internet Marketing Intern, your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities Include:
• Work closely with the account executives to identify billable services as per contracts
• Prepare invoices in QuickBooks and distribute invoices to clients
• Communicate with clients regarding Accounts Receivables and Collections
• Perform Vendor Bill Reconciliations
• Produce accounts receivable and other basic financial management reports for senior executives on a weekly/monthly basis
• Intern position provides great opportunity for future consideration for a full-time position within the company (most of our highly talented full-time employees started as paid interns).
Qualified candidates will have:
• Recent college graduates preferred: 4-year college degree; BS/BA in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Strong Excel skills are crucial
• Experience with QuickBooks, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable a plus
• Strong computer proficiency required with excellent working knowledge of all Windows-based and Microsoft Office applications is a must
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and highly detail oriented habits
• Diligent work habits and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be comfortable in boutique company environment with emphasis on team
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Self-motivated, creative, confident and energetic personality
• Be a fast learner with strong problem solving skills
• Must be a team player
